SeeTrue™ Support Agreement
1. Purpose & Approach
This agreement establishes the terms of your engagement with SeeTrue™ Holistic Support, a structured yet flexible system designed to empower self-guided transformation through practical tools, reflective exercises, and guided support—without dependency.
Our framework follows the Debug → Deprogram → Reboot™ process, ensuring that real change happens at your pace, on your terms.
SeeTrue™ is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention. It is a structured support system that blends neuroscience, self-inquiry, and actionable strategies to help you move forward.
2. Our Mutual Agreement
SeeTrue™ support is a collaborative effort. We agree to:

✅ Ensure confidentiality within legal and ethical limits.
✅ Encourage accountability and self-directed action.
In return, you agree to:
✔️ Take an active role in your journey.
✔️ Engage with honesty and openness.
✔️ Be responsible for your own growth and actions.
✔️ Respect boundaries and uphold ethical interactions.
3. Scope of Support
Your engagement with SeeTrue™ may include:
🔹 1:1 Guidance Sessions (virtual or in-person, as applicable).
🔹 Self-Guided Exercises & Tools to explore beyond sessions.
🔹 Progress Check-Ins for reflection and accountability.
🔹 Workshops & Group Sessions (if included in your program).
Support is provided through the CoachAccountable platform, alongside any agreed-upon communication channels.
You will be provided a link at the commencement of your engagement to create a SeeTrue™ Account which can be accessed via https://renewcollective.com.au/pages/seetrue-login
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All discussions remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, court orders).
- SeeTrue™ may use anonymized insights for research and program development, but your identity remains private.
5. Commitment, Participation & Our Transformation Guarantee
SeeTrue™ operates on the principle of self-empowered transformation. Your progress depends on engagement and consistent effort.

💡 If you fully engage with the process and don’t experience meaningful progress, we will stand by you—either with additional support or your investment back.
✅ To be eligible for a refund or extra support, you must:
✔️Complete the full program and actively participate in all assigned exercises.
✔️Attend scheduled sessions and engage with self-reflection tools.
✔️Communicate openly if challenges arise, allowing adjustments to your plan.
If you don’t feel transformation, you may request:
🔹 A free follow-up session for further support OR
🔹 A refund (at SeeTrue’s discretion, based on engagement & program completion).
This ensures that you are supported while also taking ownership of your journey.
6. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Attendance
📅 Booking & Rescheduling:
🔹Sessions are booked through CoachAccountable.
🔹You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
❌ Missed Sessions & Late Arrivals:
🔹No-shows are forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply.
🔹Late arrivals reduce session time but do not extend beyond the scheduled slot.
7. Payment & Fees
💰 Your selected support package includes:
- All applicable fees outlined at the time of purchase.
- Payments processed through CoachAccountable or approved methods.
- Non-refundable fees, except under exceptional circumstances.
8. Money-Back Commitment Guarantee
We are confident in the impact of our support. If you fully commit to the process and don’t experience meaningful improvement, we stand by you.
If you complete the full program, engage with all exercises, and don’t feel a tangible shift, you may request one of the following:

✔️ A refund, no questions asked.

9. Termination & Boundaries
Either party may end this agreement if:
🚨 The support relationship is not a good fit.
🚨 Ethical concerns or professional boundaries are compromised.
🚨 The client fails to engage in the process consistently.
In the event of early termination, refunds are at SeeTrue’s discretion based on program completion status.
10. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing up for a Support Package, you confirm that you:

✔️ Acknowledge that transformation depends on your participation.
